Novinium recognizes the future of the industry requires training opportunities that uphold the highest standards for safety and quality. In 2018 we rolled out the Cable Technician Apprenticeship Program. Apprentices receive documented hours of on-the-job and classroom training delivered by select qualified linemen. Upon completion of apprenticeship, Cable Technicians are qualified to switch, perform craftwork, troubleshoot, and work safely on underground electrical distribution systems.
