Mr. Glen Bertini has more than two decades of working with cable-rejuvenation technology beginning with its development at Dow Corning in 1986. He has published more than 45 articles and 31 patents on cable rejuvenation and related technologies. Mr. Bertini was the 1992 co-recipient of the prestigious R&D 100 award for cable rejuvenation and the 2006 winner of the $100,000 Zino Zillionaire Investment Forum award for the best investment opportunity in the Pacific Northwest. In 2010, he won the Puget Sound Engineering Council’s Industry Engineer of the Year award as well as Seattle Business Magazine’s Top Innovators award. Mr. Bertini is a senior member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineering (AIChE), an Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) fellow, a voting member of the Insulated Conductors Committee (ICC) and a licensed professional engineer. Jan Cannon is a senior human resource professional with experience in biotech, technology, manufacturing, and healthcare. She has held human resource positions at Discover Books, HipCricket, Cranium, Sur La Table, and Cendant Corporation; she has held senior-level positions at Vulcan Northwest and Intel Corporation. Jon Engman is a finance and operations executive with over 20 years experience leading high-tech companies experiencing rapid growth in both revenue and enterprise value. Mr. Engman has held executive leadership positions at DayDials (“Dials”), Sesame Communications, Saflink, and several Paul Allen companies. Dr. Mark Newton
Mark Newton has more than 17 years at W.L. Gore & Associates as Research Leader, Global Core Group Leader, and Global Technology Leader. He is a senior member of American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), Instrumentation Society of America (ISA), and a Society for Optical Engineering (SPIE) fellow. Chris Sams joins Novinium with two decades of sales, marketing, and business development experience across multiple industries including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, government, energy, and technology. Mr. Sams most recently led the enterprise sales organization across western US and Canada for Lexmark International, Inc. He is passionate about helping others reach their full potential, whether at work, at home, or in the community. He enjoys spending time outdoors in the Pacific Northwest with family, playing guitar with friends, and coaching youth sports. Rich Brinton has more than 30 years of experience in business development in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
