The objective is to grow sales and expand long-term
relationships with Industrial customers
while promoting and selling Novinium’s patented cable rejuvenation fluids and
process. This position offers strong growth opportunities as our company
expands over the next several years.
Are you an entrepreneurial individual who would enjoy the
challenge of creating and developing a new market segment for a superior
offering from a rapidly-growing startup company?
Have you demonstrated an ability to develop and implement a
business development program to introduce and expand sales to industrial
customers—B2B?
Do you have an engineering or marketing degree, or
industrial plant experience combined with good sales experience?
Are you a relationship-oriented person who enjoys building
and managing long-term customer relationships?
Do you have the ability to travel regularly throughout North
America?

Principle Accountabilities
Create a sales plan based on market analysis to penetrate
the North American Industrial Plant market for cable rejuvenation.
Analyze application requirements
Identify key potential customers, organize and perform sales
activities, and document results. Strong negotiating skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to
penetrate your assigned market segment.
Meet and exceed the company’s annual management plan for
this market segment.
Open and creative mind able to overcome challenges and
objections.
