  • Journeyman Lineworkers - Novinium is seeking qualified Journeyman Line Workers in all regions of the United States. We are a direct hire company offering full-time employment with an exceptional benefit package. This includes, but is not limited to, full-time and year round employment, medical, dental, 401K, paid travel expenses and lodging, and paid time off and holidays. Travel is a job requirement; however the schedule is typically only one to two weeks in duration.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Works safely with no electrical contact incidents or personal injuries and embraces a below zero incident safety culture and behavior.

    • Assists Team Leader with job planning, hazard avoidance, and recording daily work records.

    • Switches medium voltage electrical circuits.

    • Performs electrical craftwork according to quality standards.

    • Writes and implements cable switching orders, manages switching contact with circuit owner.

    • Performs cable testing and analysis – TDR waveform and RF locating equipment operation.

    • Places and operates cable injection equipment on de-energized cables in transformers.

    • Operate Company vehicles/equipment as required.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Candidates must have proof of apprenticeship completion and Journeyman Lineman Certification.

    Novinium provides advanced cable rejuvenation formulations and methods for cable life extension. We are leading a “Second Revolution” in power cable rehabilitation with the same team that conceived and delivered the First Revolution 20 years ago. The Novinium team has more years of experience in cable rejuvenation technologies than any other organization in the world.

     

    We are seeking multiple Regional Sales Managers for different regions. The objective is to build and expand long-term relationships with electric utilities and industrial clients while selling Novinium’s patented cable rejuvenation fluids and process. Target annual compensation is $125K, plus stock options, with no cap on commissions. This position offers strong growth opportunities as our company expands to $100 million in projected revenue over the next several years.

  • Accounting Associate 1 - This position will report to the Corporate Controller. Duties include, but not limited to: Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Corporate Credit Card program. Record journal entries in general ledger and maintain journal entry log. Maintain project files. Maintain vendor files. Distribute mail. Provide phone coverage for the front desk as needed.

    Requirements

    Education, Training and Experience

    Have you demonstrated an ability to develop and implement a business development program to introduce and expand sales to industrial customers—B2B?

    Do you have an engineering or marketing degree, or industrial plant experience combined with good sales experience?

    Are you a relationship-oriented person who enjoys building and managing long-term customer relationships?

    Do you have the ability to travel regularly throughout North America?

     Principle Accountabilities

     Create a sales plan based on market analysis to penetrate the North American Industrial Plant market for cable rejuvenation. 

    Analyze application requirements

    Identify key potential customers, organize and perform sales activities, and document results. Strong negotiating skills.

    Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to penetrate your assigned market segment.

    Meet and exceed the company’s annual management plan for this market segment.

    Open and creative mind able to overcome challenges and objections.
